What we collect

Your name, your mobile number, and the details of your appointments with us. That is the extent of it.

Why we have it

To book you in, to reach you if something about your appointment changes, and to send you appointment reminder texts if you have given us your number for that purpose.

Who we share it with

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your information to anybody, for any reason. The only companies that touch your number are the ones that make the salon work - the messaging provider that physically delivers the text, and the booking system that stores your appointments. They act on our instructions, they may not use your information for their own purposes, and they may not sell it either.

The one exception is the ordinary one: if the law requires us to hand something over, we have to comply.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a client, plus whatever period our tax and business record obligations require. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except for anything we are legally required to retain.

Stopping texts
